Actually concrete is usually a lighter color than most of the surfaces that it covers therefore increasing the Earth's albedo ( light reflection. ) and should decrease the absorption of heat. Global warming is real. Geological evidence indicates that it is consistent with established patterns.

No it doesn't. The primary cause of global warming is CO2 emissions from burning fossil fuels.

That has been proven and is not subject to debate or ad hoc "alternative" theories. End of discussion.
