Hi,
I have read an article that eating lots of vegetables and fruits can help to stop smoking. What the authors do not mention that whether to increase vegetable intake can leave cigarettes, or if that habit arises in non-smokers after leaving the snuff. However it was written that smokers who consume more daily amount fruit and vegetables usually take longer to smoke the first cigarette of the day and are less dependent on nicotine.
My question is that has anybody experienced similar results or not? what can be logical reason behind this phenomena?
