first off why are you slashing your wrist and secondly stop it if you cut to far you will cut an artery and you will bleed to death , so I guess the answer is yes it can kill you . please go see a doctor about your problem

It depends. Here are some possibilities of things that have a chance of happening.

-You can get a bad infection

-You might cut a vain/arthery and lose too much blood

-You could get sick from all the bacteria entering your body through the blood

-You could get scared, and trust me, scares are UGLY.

-You'll get blood stains everywhere.. o_O

If this is you cutting your wrists, please change your ways. You're putting your health and life at risk. No need to do that.
