  1. Well Guest16987327, they seemed to give a great solutions, especially the first answer.  It sounds like you want online permission to poison your neighbor's plant.  You mention it sits above some kind of water line but you aren't sure.  It would behoove you not to poison the ground where your water might be running through.

  2. how interesting, no one actually helped much but they seem to be full on pointless bs? i was just googling for an answer on how to make a poisonous copper sulfate solution, yet people seem to think that when they say can copper sulfate kill a tree, the person might dump a whole bloody bucket on the tree? naw, think ppl! i bought 25g copper sulfate today, my neighbour has a mulberry tree he refuses to cut down, yet it is closer to the wall than the legal limit and its also above a sewage/water/whatever pipe. I'm searching for a solution on how to poison the earth around the tree since the closest tree or plant to it is a few meters away. so, rather than saying 'Why pour copper sulphate on the tree? just cut it down.' rather go play with ur hotwheels on the highway, or give advice on whether or not copper sulfate could kill a tree, in what kind of solution(water, dry powder, etc.) and in what quantities. ps, im just 18 and i think these posts are mainly pointless. go figure
