Does cranberry juice really help you go?

Just wondering if drinking cranberry juice helps one to go better or more often, and whether there is a better thing to drink that will help?

  1. the acid in cranberry juice prevents bacteria from sticking to the bladder walls and is an old fashioned remedy for urinary tract infection and works very well.  For someone who is susceptible to UTI, drinking a glass of cranberry juice daily is a good thing.

  3. I know that it helps out when you have UTI, and can help prevent urinary track infection when drunk often enough. Very good for urinary track health, kidneys and what have you.

  4. cranberry juice is good for your kidney's. I tried taking cranberry pills before and I did pee more.
