Does crayola washable paint crumble?

just wondering cuz i want paint that doesnt crumble because im going to start wearing paint that doesnt crumble or glow paint that does crumble on my arms and that is good for skin.

so anyone who ever has any stuff they give me 2 look at plz iv been trying 2 look for **** all of the internet and all of them are good but its really hard.

and i want the best product for glow paint and regular paint that doesnt crumble thanks
