just make a paste out of baking soda, salt and hydrogen perxoide . Brush your teeth with that a few times and your teeth will be white and not sensitive to cold or hot like they are after using the whitening strips.

If you do use the strips use gel with the mouth peice and go to a tanning bed and leave your mouth open while the chemicals are on so you can get whiter faster. My teeth are so white a dentist cannot match them to other whites but I just use the first stuff I told you about.
