  1. well crying i think feels good...sometimes though...because usually when you cry...def when your older its about something serious and its never good...but yeah crying kinda makes your realize the light at the end of the tunnel.

  2. it feels bad..it really feels like my heart got chopped off. but the problem is......your mom abuse you?? and lockede you in a really dark closet and left you in there for 2 days?? i think that's really horrible O_o

  3. it feels good after  when i do b/c well it just releases all the things that were bothering me.

but i think u obviously dont feell good when you cry b/c of your history....

  4. It feels GOOD because it RELIEVES the pain and soothes you and there are actual chemicals that are released in tears that were causing us to be stressed.......so crying releases these harmful chemicals......YES crying feels good but while you are CRYING you are feeling BAD.......but slowly getting it all OUT and when you are DONE you feel a bit better and relieved

I have called the Dept of Child Protective Services and notified the DFS.........YOU MOM will be TAKEN away NEXT WEEK or so....and the COPS are on the way as we SPEAK

  5. OMG i feel so bad for you.  Crying feels good if its for something that makes you feel better. Crying because i get spanked, or when i broke my arm was definitely NOT good. sometimes i just cry for no reason.

  6. crying makes you feel better in some ways (after I'm hurt by a guy the most). but you'll still always know what happened. crying comes from sadness and sadness comes from anger, life works in weird ways. i'm really sorry about what your mom did to you the only hurt i've ever been through is guys!

  7. Definitely-crying is a human emotion and you should be allowed to express your feelings anytime you want to. I understand how when a parent abuses you feels -(You are always embarrassed and scared) my step mom did all the time-I was hit and grounded constantly and it never made any sense to me -as an adult I wake up angry sometimes still. I held my feelings in and still struggle with letting my emotions out when appropriate. I don't know your situation, but perhaps you should talk to a counselor at school, or someone you trust. Your mom has issues only a professional can help her with. I know you may be scared of her -but she is still your mom and getting help from someone you trust may help her and you have a better relationship. It's a move that builds your character and makes you a stronger person. Good-Luck.

  8. I'm so sorry that happened to you, and I hope you're out of that situation. Crying can feel good or bad. Typically for me when I'm done crying I feel better because I get my feelings out. But I'm sure something will happen someday when you will be able to cry again. Good luck and hope this helps

  9. you shouldnt keep up bottled inside just dont do it infront of your mom i guess...if its that bad you need to get help...seriously...call the cops or go to someone you can confide in.

  10. To start with your mother has no right to abuse you. You're still just a young child learning. Being lock in a closet is really wrong!!! No child deserves to be done this way. The first thing you need to do is talk to a school counselor or to one of your  friends parents you can trust. You definitely need to seek help and please don't be afraid too. You should be happy and have a parent that loves you. I disciplined my daughter but, I did it in a loving way. (Such as grounding her.) When I cry it makes me feel so much better. I'm 41 and still cry at times. I lost my mother to cancer 3 years ago and I cry alot at night when I'm alone. The tight feeling is normal. Just let it out and cry. Do one thing,"Pray to God that he will lead you in the right direction." But do talk to someone about your mother. She is seeking some type of attention herself and she needs counseling herself. Take care dear and pray tonight....

  11. Yes it is good because you let your bad feelings and all these things that hurt you out... and I feel sorry 4 u...

  12. crying does feel surprisingly good. it lets you express your emotions but its not that embarrassing because a lot of people cry.

  13. It sucks because your face swells up and your skin breaks out.  Then your chest starts to peel.(your skin)

Then @ night you can hardly swallow your spit.  DO NOT CRY

  14. Well, the reaosn why you are crying is bad, but after it feels good. You need to let it out sometimes. Just cry if you need to, its like a way to relax, to let yourself go.

  15. OMG! I am SO sorry! About everything!

Crying is when your eyes start to tingle and then all of a sudden, water drips down your cheeks,

But when you are crying, you still have that feeling in your chest, if your crying hard,

But if your crying REALLY hard, you start having breathing atacks where you cry whie your hick-uping...

    Hope I helped!

  16. i hate it when i cry. i get this deep feeling in my stomach that just, makes me feel really, sad. i am never relieved when i cry. i usually write everything out on paper, then i feel better.

  17. Crying is a relief, but the situation itself sucks.

  18. If you are really hurting in your soul, or on your body, it can make you fell MUCH better! and if you feel like you can't cry it might phisically hurt you! I used to force myself not to cry and i would get a head ache every time i had to cry. It does feel good to cry, sometimes. Sometimes if your forcing it you will just get a wicked headache. I hope you can get your feelings out soon, so you feel better, dont hold it in... let it out, no matter when, or where you are!!

  19. Crying is a bit of both. In my opinion it does feel good, a relief. But there is always a bad situation that has to happen to bring it out. So it has its ups and downs.

If something is wrong its bad to let your feelings bottle up inside everytime you do the outcome can only get worse and worse.

If i was you i would try to make yourself cry and it will make u feel relieved and if your mum abuses you like that you need to see someone before it is to late

  20. You seem to have learned how to control your emotion wrongly in your life. Crying helps people to release their stress. Crying is good for our mental health. We should cry whenever we need. You need to talk with counselor about your family issue. According to your story, you are not happy with your family. 13 year-old girls usually love their family, as long as they receive good love from their family and they are good girls.

  21. it feEls go0d..

  22. I'm really sorry about you.

  23. dont listen to that girl who said not to cry it helps with ur emotions letting it out and skin peeling is bullshit.  but in that situation sounds like crying is a bad idea so u need to go to the police about child abuse. it feels good to cry just to let it out if u bottle it up ull go mad one day

  24. i think your exaggerating just a little bit,im not saying you don't get abused but the story it sounds exaggerated. This isn't the right place to get attention.

  25. am so sorry about ur abusive mom , but cry is the best thing when u think ur hear is being exploded

  26. Does your mom still abuse you? You should be seeking help for that, my friend. That's not a situation any 13 year old deserves to be in. Go to your school counsellor or principal or teacher and tell them what's happening. You deserve to be able to cry!

  27. yeah sometimes it does

  28. Aww, that's really sad that she did that. Does she still? Oh, I feel so bad for you! Yes, crying does feel good when you're sad because it makes you feel better. I do it all the time!

  29. Please go to the Police and report your mother's abuse. Or go to a neighbor, a teacher, a friend's parent.

You shouldn't have to repress your feelings so deeply.

  30. You always feel better after having a good cry. Maybe you should find someone who you can talk too. I hope your situation is better now!

  31. Good, because after that, the same thing does not effect you the same way...We become stronger everyday.
