Does culture include socialization?

Certainly. Everything that adds or subtracts from a society is part of the culture. Even things like criminality,obsessionn, and perversion.

Yes, without socialization there can be no culture vis a vis no culture no socialization. Within each culture there are social sects, this is one of many reasons why a culture endures and exists. In essence, a microcosm inside a macrocosm. Keep in mind that a Culture is not necessarily indicative of a Race. There may be similarities yet vast differences between cultures within the same race. Socialization brings these differences in culture together. You may want to think in terms of  micro and macrocosm societal structures; how the small fits into the large, each supporting the other.
