1. Dawn dish washing liquid has helped conservation organizations save thousands of animals for over 35 years and is especially very effective for young kittens as some of the professional flea treatments are too strong to use on them. Just make sure that the Dawn products you use of your pets are animal friendly as dogs and cats tend to l**k their fur and you don’t want to use anything harmful for that.

At first wash off a small portion of your pet with Dawn dish washing liquid to make sure if it is allergic to the product or not. If for 24 hours it does not show any form of irritation or allergy, you are save to use it as you like.

  2.
If you use the dawn dishwashing soap, it would definitely lower the number of fleas on your cat, but it will have a temporary effect. The eggs, would again transform in to fleas and the problem will agravate. Its better that you contact your vet, and get a dose of pesticide for your cat, as it would certainly ensure a permanent removal of fleas from the cat's fur.
