i have noticed on googles sky program the suns declination changes with the season but the other stars don't ? I can calculate the maximum angle in degrees of the sun above the horizon by taking 90 off my latitude and adding the sun declination how would i calculate the maximum angle above the horizon of a star other than the sun

  1. It does change with other stars, but because of the distance it's neglible.
