Does designerapparel.com sell fake branded items?

I was looking at this site and I was wondering how come they sell the branded items that cheap? Are they fake?

if u NOTICED its cheap because its the last items left...... e.g. there could b a dress available in blue and white but in blue only SIZE 8 and the white only SIZE 2. So the items are real its just limited as far as colr/size. plus put it like this.... you can always buy an item 4 a massive price reduction and receive it, check out the product inspect it as many times as u like n if u ESTABLISHED that its not a real item RETURN IT. case closed
