Does dieticians and nutritionist have good future? what job opportunities do they hav? how easy to find job?

You have to have a degree of course, the salary is fair, it pays about 50,000-85,000. It really depends on how much education you recieved, and how many years you have worked there. The oppertunities are ok, it really depends on the area you are in, and where you apply for the job.

For accredited programs in dietetics (registered dietician/RD and dietetic technician, registered/DTR):  http://www.eatright.org

To become a RD, one needs to also pass a clinical fieldwork experience and a registration exam to possibly get employment as a RD.  The DTR also needs to do that but with an associate's (2 year) degree though perhaps less jobs available.
