Does dish network(echostar) offer employees free/discounted satellite service? do you know how much?

I just got a job as an installer there, starting in a couple weeks.

 Yes, they give all employees of Dish Network/ Ecostar free basic programming including local channels. Any programming or upgrades over the basic package must be paid for. Any contractors or temp agency employees do not fall under this rule.
