Does disk-clean up clear files that you deleted from limewire?

i deleted songs from limewire and want to know if disk-clean up will delete/clear them from my hard drive permanetly?

Yes if the limewire files are in the recycle bin. You could also right click the recycle bin and select "empty recycle bin". So yes Disk-Cleanup will do the job.
