  1. I don't know about 'double' the price. A little more, sure.

    Where I live BC, Canada, we pay an eco fee or deposit on lots of items such as tires and oil.

    So why not charge an eco fee on things like Bic Lighters or batteries or plastic products.

    As long as they lower the price on eco-friendly, organic or minimally processed foods or recyclable and compost-able products you got my vote. =}


  2. Yea, let's double the price on cars, homes, etc.  Let's see if the economy survives.  I doubt it.
