  1. distilled water does not conduct any charged ions so it will not conduct electricity..but whereas in case of tap water it contains dissolved salts which will give rise to H+ ions which alows it toconduct electricity

  2. tap water conducts electricity as it has free ions in it but distilled water does not have ions and for this reason it does not conducts electricity

  3. No, water is really a poor conductor though many people consider it a conductor!

It actually only conducts electricity effectively if it has an impurity in it, particularly some kind of salt. Therefore if it has been distilled it would not conduct very well.

Tap water may conduct slightly better than distilled water as it would have more impurities such as he additives in the tap water.

  4. distilled water does not conducy electricity becoz it has no free electron to transfer electricity.but in tap water, due to the presence of impurities ,there is free electrons and they transfer electricity

  5. Distilled water will be a poor conductor because it contains very few charged particles.  Tap water will be a better conductor, due to the presence of ions from dissolved impurities.

  6. pure water wont conduct electricity. there is no conducting ions.

but in tap water there is lot of ions to conduct electricity

  7. the conductivity of water(MHOS)depends on the amount of minerals in the water

  8. of corse both of them will carry the electricity very well coz of ther polarity however the distilled water will be much effective coz it is slightly acidic which increases its polarity to have more detailed answer u can go buy either haliday resink or pw atkins or willson gaus

  9. Pure water (H2O) is a bad conductor of electricity. So pure form of water does not conduct electricity.  Distilled water (if very very pure, stored in inert glass container) cannot conduct electricity.

Water is a good solvent for many salts.  Tap water usually contains many types of salts dissolved in it. These dissolved salts form ions which are good conductor of electricity. Therefore tap water becomes a good conductor of electricity.
