Does doing eye exercises really help your vision?

I am nearsighted and was wondering if they'd work.

  3. I'm nearsighted to, but have never been given any exercises to do.  I'm curious about the question though...one star coming up.  Hope you get some info!

    cause i mean if your eye moves in a relaxing way, then i think it will work, but i mean i dont think it has a great effect, maybe a very small effect.

    my cousin was nearsighted at the age of 12, but then she did eye exercises and ate a lot of vegetables, mostly spinach and broccoli, she didnt eat chips for like 4 months!!!!!!!!!!

    but it worked, she can see perfectly without glasses or contacts.

  6. Not for nearsightedness.  Nearsightedness is caused by the shape of the front of your eye and/or how long your eye is.  Exercises can't change those things, sorry.  :)

  7. Sorry, it doesn't make the slightest bit of difference.
