Aptitude is the natural inclination or talent to do something well.  You can improve your math performance by practicing math, but that doesn't mean that learning math is your natural leaning or that this practice will come easy for you.  "Perfect practice makes perfect", though, and math will become easier for you to do as you practice perfectly.
