Does doing spins on a snowboard work out your abs?

I was practicing 360s yesterday on my snowboard. And my abs hurt like crazy today. My sister said it was from the spinning. But I dont know. And like I have a 6 pack so its not like I have no ab muscle at all.

Absolutely.  Any motion you make in your abdomen will work out your abs.  The reason your abs hurt when you already have a six pack is because you're using a different part of the abs that you wouldn't work out in a typical workout.  It just like if you do squats to strengthen your legs for a long time and they're super strong but then you do some leg curls.  They'll be sore because it's a different motion and muscle action.  The more you practice that the stronger your abs will get in those areas which will also improve your six pack.
