  1. Fire breathing, flying dragons do not exist.

  2. The dragons that you're talking about do not exist. A "real" dragon that does exist is the Komodo dragon, found in Indonesia. They're the heaviest lizards on Earth. Unfortunately, they're not the sort of dragons to fly or breath fire. The reason for the different appearances between the western and chinese dragons is simply a difference in culture and folklore.

  3. Dragons never really existed. European and Chinese dragons are independent inventions, so they allegedly have different appearances and behaviors.

  4. they came throughh anomalies in the time-space continuum and therefore are prehistoric creatures from different eras.

they look different because they come from different places, like a gecko looks different from a monitor, but they are both still lizards

  5. The western dragon is a fire breathing, winged creature that eats sheep and catle. It is a very mean animal but the knights just about wiped them out.

The Chinese dragon is a good omen. It is all about good and breaths no fire but mist if I am not mistaken. It also has no wings but still flys. It is heaven sent.

    Saw this on TV recently.

  6. they do exist but was a long long time ago.

their number are very few n they cannot show themselves.

we, modern Being like to track n KILL them.

they are different just as we.

however, they are actually all the same but the same.

is u ever see one, be quiet n bless them n they bring you luck.

  7. well those mythical dragons don't really exist! but there are some lizards like the komodo dragon that may have inspired those ideas about mythical dragons.

the western dragons usually kidnapped damsels and guarded their hoard of treasure. they also breathed fire, and people feared them.

as for the chinese dragon, it is usually associated with royalty and is an auspicious symbol. according to folklore, chinese dragons lived in rivers and brought rain to the people. however, they could also cause floods when they were angry. also, folktales tell us that the 4 main rivers of china were dragons that sacrificed themselves to bring rain to the people.

    i hope this helps! :)
