What do you call it? Why can't I remember most of my dreams? I dreamt earlier that I have the urge to go to the bathroom and pee, then a quick second, I stood up went to the bathroom and peed, like a zombie. It was an instantaneous action?

  1. One interpretation:  Your affinity for your alpha dream state trumped your ordinary outer waking beta wave state, so you experienced a more lucid "sleep-walking."

It's similar to waking up, being in the warm, alpha state, and deciding to sleep and maybe dream a while longer.  The other mode is beta state, in which you begin to focus on making toast, what to wear, a project that's due, etc.

  2. it can relate

sometimes i have premmonitions about what i would be doing the next day and wierd enough it would happen just as it does in the dream

but in ur situation, it looks like it's just something that u do on a regualr basis and ur brain has gotten use to action.  but when u said ti was instantaneous, do u mean u just woke up and went straight to the washroom?

if u even have dreams that u want to interpret i have a web site that i use a lot,

    dreammoods.com

    sometimes it might help
