Does dreams have any sort of creativity?

According to my experience I think dreams have nothing to do with what will happen to us in the future or something like that which many people thinks.

But they are nothing but the past tension and presure comming/had came from our mind which we feel/had felt in an inactive state!

So am I write? or Can a dream come out giving us something like a sixth sense ?

You are right dreams are our subconscious' 'release' from the daily stresses.
