well i work at a bar that sells stella artois for 5 dollars a 16oz pint... i dont think its a cooking lager at all.. thats cheap beer.. like nati ice.. milli's best etc...  but no it wouldnt make u violent unless u drank extreme amounts in which then and beer could be violent.

I've been collecting beer for over 5 years now and have over 200 individual bottles in various stages of aging...I've never heard of "cooking lager."

Anyway, No it wouldn't. People who get angry when they drink are usually a##holes to begin with.

Stella is an OK lager...hella better than MGD. It isn't d**n good however. A d**n good pale lager is Straub.

Why would it make you violent? Stella Artois is a beer like any other beer (basic recipe i mean). If you cook with beer or wine or cognac, alcool is still alcool. If you add a whole case of beer, that might be the case, but i doubt this in conventional recipes! Good luck in the kitchen...
