Does drinking affect your skin, and how do you fix the damage if so?

I'm in college and naturally I do drink a lot every weekend. I notice sometimes that my skin seems dull, or my pores seem big, or something, after I drink. I just feel like I look older. What products or things can I do to fix the damage or prevent it?

  1. Drinking alcohol definitely ages the skin because alcohol dehydrates your body. So the fix is to drink less alcohol and lots and lots of water, at least eight glasses a day.

I have heard (I haven't tried them though) that Oil of Olay has some great products for the skin for less money. Or you could go to a upscale department store (Macys, Nordstroms, etc.) and talk to them about it. Good luck to you.
