  1. water is very important. if you are drinking things that have a lot of calories (such as cokes, juices, milk, beer...) they are not going to help you lose. they are empty calories. stick with water. although one coke or glass a juice a day isn&#039;t going to make you gain weight. but a couple a day is not good.


  2. yes..if you drink alot of water few bottles a day..your going to look great and feel better

  3. Yes it does especially if most of the fruits you use are low cal/low carb.

    Vegetable juices will also help.

    It helps you  loose weight and has many more advantages such healthy skin, hair and many more.

  5. Drinking fluids will make you feel full - therefore you eat less food - however - too much of a good thing is not good for you either. Strive for 8 - 8oz glasses of water a day, stay away from fruit juice and sugary soda&#039;s and watch those drinks like life water, gatorade- they may have nutrients in them but they are full of empty calories. If you want flavor but not calories - try propel -  light flavor and much less caloric content.

    Also - watch your portion size (food).. that&#039;s the biggest step you can take to lose weight - we all eat Way TOO Much! Good Luck!

  6. If you drink a lot of water it will help to flush your body and it keeps you full.  Another thing is that people tend to confuse thirst with hunger. Their body may need water and they feel like they need to eat.  drinking water alone, will not help you lose weight, you still need to eat right too.

  8. I don&#039;t think the actual drinking of liquid helps you lose weight alone. Drinking fluids, perferably water, often throughout the day will help you eat less because fluids make you feel full just as food does. If you want to lose weight, I would suggest drinking a glass of water BEFORE every meal, so you get full faster and eat less. And whenever you feel hungry, drink water first to see if that satisfies you.
