  1. Drinking water stops your thirst.  Eating would stop your hunger

  2. Actually, it makes me feel hungrier. Strange, that.

  3. There is no clear evidence of benefit from drinking increased amounts of water. Although we wish we could demolish all of the urban myths found on the Internet regarding the benefits of supplemental water ingestion, we concede there is also no clear evidence of lack of benefit. In fact, there is simply a lack of evidence in general,” the two researchers, Dan Negoianu and Stanley Goldfarb, wrote in the latest edition of the Journal of the American Society of Nephrology.

According to them, no single study indicated average healthy people needed to drink the recommended amount of eight glasses of water everyday and no evidence that it helps in weight reduction or curving an appetite.  ÃƒÂ¢Ã‚€ÂœIndeed, it unclear where this recommendation came from,” they wrote. However, the researchers did find some evidence that individuals in hot, dry climates, as well as athletes, need to increase the amount of water they drink in a bid to keep off dehydration

  4. it doesn't take place of your hunger. when people tell you to drink water to avoid being hungry, it's because often feelings of thirst are mistaken for feelings for hunger. you should always drink some water and wait 15 minutes to see if you're actually hungry, or if you were just thirsty.

  5. Drinking Water Can Help You Stop Hunger.

If You Take A Glass, It'll Stop Your Thirst.

To Get Full, Drink Like 3-4 Glasses.

You Probably Wont Be Able To Eat For A While.
