  1. Yes, many people have P.O. Boxes.  The only problem would be if it's shipped UPS or Fed Ex, then they would need an actual street address.

    In some small towns all they have are p.o. boxes, you have no choice.


  2. I don't think that would be up to ebay, but rather the seller. I buy on ebay and there are sellers that will not ship to a P.O. box.

  3. You can use a P.O. box to register with eBay.  eBay requires your "current address" and if that's a P.O. box, then that's what it is.

    As stated before, most sellers will not ship to a P.O. box because PayPal charge back protection doesn't cover sellers who ship to P.O. boxes.

    So even if you register, you might have trouble buying anything on eBay with a P.O. Box address.

  4. Some sellers use Fedex which won't ship to PO boxes.  I've never heard of any other real reasons why you can't use PO boxes.
