Does each country usa their own movies actors for their movies? Or do they all use the USA actors?

Movies made in foreign countries (ie foreign films) use actors from that country.  But, if the film is an american film (made by US production companies), then the movie is dubbed in the appropriate language by actors from the country.

nah, they don't have to use american actors for every foreign movie...it all depends on the director of whom he wants to play the leading role or whatever. not all movies have american actors, there are some english mixed with american actors so there you go!

Ok if its an American movie the actors stay the same but the voices are dubbed (a voice actor speaks a different language depending on the country) most movies also have subtitles. Most countries have a media industry and use local actors for movies. In fact lots of actors working in the US are not from the US.

Yes..just because you have seen more white film doesn't mean all movies use USA actors...
