Does each team have a limited spares for their cars?.?

Question

This does not include their fuels, but how about the front and rear wing?. Does this come in limited?. Not to mention, does the tyres too?.

the spares limitations are in the FIA Formula one Sporting rules Regulations 2008.according to the rules they are allowed

fourteen sets of dry weather tires

four sets of wet weather tires

three sets of extreme weather tires

as for spare noses and rear wings i could not find a limitation on the amount of spares that the team can use during a race but i am sure they have at least two spare nose cones and at least two spare rear wings for each car in their pits in case of accident.i do know all spares have to be inspected by FIA tech before they can be used in a race.
