  1. I think it's an old wives tale, my gran used to say not to eat any kind of fruit before bed and then my mum started saying.. well aslong as you chew it properly!!!


  2. no, don't worry. Infact, the potassium in bananas will reduce cramping in the muscles because of it's ability to make them retain water. Bananas also contain tryptophan which aids sleep.

  4. It is wise not to eat anything substantial before you go to bed as it will interfere with your sleep cycle.

    Banana is a mild laxative, so if you ate a lot before bed then I imagine that you would have some problems.  Fruit high in vitamin "C" will cause you bladder to fill, so they are best avoided as well.

  5. It depends on the person and what their body is tolerante too, different people can't eat certain things, e.g some ppl cant drink coke because it keeps them awake, i depends on you as a person

  6. Don't know if they give stomach cramps but they could cause indigestion. I believe they take a long time to digest.

  7. If they don't give you stomach cramps normally, I don't see why they would when you're asleep.  Ask your parents or try it for yourself if you want.
