  1. Raw eggs is a source of protein which will help you gain weight if you are lifting.  Cooked eggs are also a good source of protein.  Any type of meat is good too.


  2. Raw eggs are a very good source of protein. Thus, it will help you build more muscle. And you know that muscle weighs more than fat.

  3. If you really want to put on weight eat lots of cheese. You won't be healthier, you will put on weight though...

    Combine with fruit, alcohol (beer is best) and whole grain bread.
