  1. I always get the veggie delite.  It's the sandwich lowest in calories, fat, sodium, etc.

  2. Depends on what you're going for.  For a decent veggie sandwich...yeah, it works.  For a low fat sandwich go for a turkey.  5 grams of fat and 20 something grams of protein is a pretty decent trade off.  Happy munching and don't forget the spinach!

  3. Besides the fact that nothing had to die for it?

Veg*ns "save" on average 100 animals a year, per person, from being slaughtered.

  4. It absolutely does.  It makes a difference to your health and also to the animals.

I do not recommend subway to vegetarians though because of the high risk of cross contamination.

It's still WAY better than eating the meat.  Yuck!

  5. Yes, the veggie delite has less calories, fat, and more protein than the meat subs. If you get the veggie "meat", it has more protein because it is made out of soy. But if you add all the other essentials then it should be somewhat the same. But eating the veggie sub probably is much healthier than the meat subs.
