does emissions check for vin numbers on vehicle body parts in Arizona? Got a friend with hot body parts on the car,curious to see if they check the firewall or anything like that

Do you mean the  people at the emissions control facility ?  No, they don't check for id numbers on body parts.  BTW.  emissions is a result, so it can't check anything.

The last I knew the emissions only checked the VIN at the base of the windshield to match the registration documents.
