Does energy saving light bulbs produce microvawe radiation?

I have been told that more microvawe radiation eminates from the energy saving light bulbs than from a cheap microwave oven, is this true?

It's the mercury that bothers me.

No of course not.  Microwaves need a magnetron to create them and these are not included in a CF light.
