Does equiwinner work?

Question

My barrel horse is a bleeder and we use lasix , when I run him to stop the bleeding, but it doesn't always work. I was wondering if anybody had herd of or used the product Equiwinner, I found this product on the internet and it's supposed to stop the bleeding guaranteed , but i don't want to go spend alot of money on a product I don't know anything about.
