Does etisalat throttle bittorent traffic?

i've noticed that my download on utorrent have gone for 50kbps to 10kbps any way i can stop this

  1. I can't find anything specific on the web, although they apparently have blocked some torrent search sites.

    You can try enabling encryption at (Ctrl+P)>BitTorrent.  Depends on how they are interfering, but encryption was designed to get around ISP interference.
