this question makes no sense...check your grammer.  Plus, crazy is not a psychological or medical term, and neither is insanity.  Insanity is a legal term.

yes, this is freud's view as well. and i do agree.

dreams are a neurotic activity. don't we all dream (at night)? sure.

we may have slips of the tongue, or fears of certain things or situations. but if our fear is soo great that we don't get out of the house, then we have a phobia. and this is affecting our whole life. we can't go to a job, etc. while, if we are a little afraid of dogs and avoid them by crossing the street to walk on the other side, this is quite ok.

There is a saying "A sane man can drive himself insane". We all have not the boiling point, but true insanity. Some never reach the pinnacle of losing their mind. For some, it can be temporary, others, well when they go insane its almost impossible to come back to reality. But yes, we all have it. It's just far different measures of mental capacity as to when we will reach it. Hope i helped.
