Chakra means wheel and is the name used to describe the turning energy store houses in the body. Yoga or Qigong or Tai Chi all work with these energy centres. These centres are not locked, rather some are more open and abundant than others. When all centres are open and abundantly filled with Universal energy we are healthy and fit, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. This is why so many people practise daily.
