Does every junior high school have a school play?

I am going to a new junior high school and I am wondering if it all schools have plays going on in the year because I am really into it.

We had plays at our middle school, but I think we really only had like one a year though...

You could ask one of your administrators if they have school plays.

Mine Neither Although We are in a performing arts school so we can sign up to do Plays And Stuff if We Want...

we have one every year. and i've been in a play (stage crew :D) every year since gr.5...  the princable says that i builds teamwork and we get to do what we like to do... i guess...

My school does,

every year they choose to do a play and they enter compations

Most of them do just ask your english teacher if your school has one. When you get to high school you will have a drama club. So ask your english teacher if your school has one.

I guess that would depend on the fundis from the school board in your area and how much they emphasize the arts/drama in school to its importance vs the scholastic views.

In otherwords... if it is not really important  they probably don't have one.

However, why don't you talk with a teacher perjhaps in the art department, music, and maybe they would be interested in getting a program started.
