Does every one get the same effect on Monster Energy drinks.?

Is it just me or what? I had a monster energy drink one of those big once and it made me get all nervous hands started sweating and couldnt stand still. What effect does it have on you.

I swear that there is something else in Monsters than any other loaded drink out there! I did the same on every flavored version of the monster series. The only one that didn't crack me out were the Monster Javas,but they gave me a h*ll of a stomache ache. Do what I did and kick them altogether! Your body will remember how to function after a couple of days!

Monsters do not have the same effect on everybody. The same is true for any energy drink, soda, or even coffee. The symptoms you describe are normally associated with the sugar and not the caffeine.

However some people do get like that with just a tiny bit of caffeine and others can down like 4 coffees before noticing a boost. Most people though get a normal boost from the caffeine.

Plus keep in mind that the BIG monsters is actually 3 servings. We should not have more than 2. Red Bull recommends having only 1 to 2 a day. Plus the 2nd largest selling energy drink, which is also the 1st and largest healthy energy drink, XS Energy also suggests having 1 and recommends against having more then 2 of theirs a day. Even having 2 it is still expected to have them spread out and not at once. So if you drank down that large bottle of Monster with 3 servings in it you had 78g of sugar and 240mg of caffeine all at once. No wonder you were like that.

some are more sensitive to the effects of stimulants like caffeine and other ingredients. your weight and the amount of caffeine or energy drinks you consume are likely to make a difference. the more you use them, the less likely you are to have an intense reaction. also consuming them on an empty stomach will intensify the effect.
