Does everyone have to swear on the bible before a diposition?

For example, if someone is atheist, Muslim, etc., do they still have to swear on the bible before offering a testimony? Some people think the bible is wrought with errors and it doesn't mean a thing to them.

  1. Most courts in the US don't use Bibles anymore.  You can bring your own if you really want to.  

    Forcing anyone to swear on a religious book is unconstitutional.

    ou just swear to tell the truth.  No Bibile, No Koran, nothing
