Does everyone own flat-screen TVs now...?

....or are you hanging onto your original big, heavy, box one, cos ya paid a lot, like me?

I confess,  I sent my big box telly away to live with a new family and I got myself a lush huge flat screen.

No. I still have a CRT 14" portable TV. Best of all. as it has a Scart socket on the back, this means that I can connect a digital receiver set top box to it without having to purchase a new TV.

I still have a box thing...Im waiting for the prices to go down a little bit more...then I may consider buying one...but in all honesty I'm not that fussed at the moment.

We have one big box set tv, because its still in perfect working condion, but the others are flatscreens. they do take up less space.

I think a lot of people have flat screen now - we do. It just looks cooler and takes up less space but if your box tv is working fine then there is no need to get rid of it!!!

I got big glass screen 32"   , about 5/6 years old  cost about  ÃƒÂ‚£800.   It's OK  does everthing Ok   Will get flat one when this conks out  ,  not before  .

Have one of each. CL/UEFA cup match nights get complicated so two TV's are a must as does F1 coverage cos ITV is rubbish and you can fill the commercial gaps with RTL.

I have a flat screen. I do love it! It is so much better than the old tv's and take up alot less space. They do cost more though.

My TV is huge and until it breaks we can't afford to get a new widescreen flatscreen fandango. I hope it doesn't break though since it might never get replaced cause of money. AH!
