  1. no

  2. I don't

  3. i use to but recently i was scammed by people using paypal and paypal sided with them.( i lost alot of money and items) So i lost all faith in paypal. Ive had several people send money orders though

  4. I would say most sellers accept PayPal and most  buyers pay that way for sheer convenience.  However, I have seen listings where PayPal is not accepted.

Personally, as a bidder, I tend to shy away from auctions where PayPal is not accepted because its a pain to mail a personal check or go get a cashier's check/money order  and mail it.  No way would I pay with cash.  In addition, PayPal offers protection for both buyers and sellers.  The only way I would bid on an auction that didn't accept PayPal is if that was the only auction for that item.

  5. most people i think use pay pal on e-bay,but you can also pay with check ,credit card, etc,it's at the seller's discretion ,i like pay pal ,it's convenient and you don't have to wait for a check to clear before shipping ,pay pal just insures the deal it's probably safest for buyer and seller alike.............tom

  6. ALOT of people use paypal only, it is the easiest.  You will probably lose alot of business by not accepting paypal...

  7. ~~There seems to be so many rumors with PayPal and honestly they are great to work with. Your personal and financial information is always protected. You know when you receive the money the funds are good. They have awesome live help to reach on the phone if you have any questions. I wouldn't think of not using them. If you accept other forms of payment you can't ship until you know the funds clear for your own safety, and that really slows down the transaction time. I won't buy from anyone not accepting Paypal because of the long wait time. If they accept  credit cards and have a secured payment page then I'll buy from them, but you have to pay for a credit card setup which isn't cheap to have. As far as cash-you can't mail cash in the mail, so you can only accept checks, money orders (these are not guaranteed) or cashier checks. Allot of trouble for the buyer.~~

  8. No, not everyone. I do whenever possible though. As a buyer, I have utilized PayPal protection to get my money back when a seller disappeared on me and I never got my item. After that experience, I don't bid on auctions that don't accept PayPal.

When I sell on eBay, I ONLY accept PayPal. In the early days, when I was young and naive, I accepted checks and money orders. But the only people who ever chose check or money order as a method of payment were dead beat bidders. Once I started accepting ONLY PayPal, I haven't had a deadbeat bidder.
