  1. Your actually under the ideal weight according to adult BMI this could be considered normal if you workout alot (6-8)hours minimum per week or if you are a runner. I would recomend after talking and getting approval from your doctor to not go on a diet but just keep up general fitness(an example would be 1hr per day 2-3 days per week). normal adult BMI for 5'3" is extremes are 105-140lbs and Ideal weight is between 122-123 lbs.

  2. Exercising and eating more veggies is always a good idea. But in terms of weight you're right around where you're supposed to be. A 63" female's "ideal" weight is 115 lbs.

  3. yes thats very good for your height there is no BAD weight just eat good and stay healthy youll stay young and attractive.

  4. im

    5'3 & 118.

im trying to loose 8 pounda.

go on the special k diet.

    i start tomorrow.

  5. Your weight is perfect for your height - 100 lbs for the first 5 feet of your height plus 5 pounds per additional inch...so you're good.

Exercise sensibly to tone your body and adding more fruits and veggies to your diet is always a wonderful idea, because they are full of vitamins and minerals and help keep you full...less likely to snack on junk food.

  6. exercise by going on a walk or doing a few sit ups. this is what im doing right now i always listen to my ipod while i exercise because it keeps me busy so i do more.

and yes that is a good weight(:
