  1. yes, because we are putting a name to nothingness...


  2. No! there are words in some languages that dont appear in others - We don't name anything that we have a mental block against coming into our consciousness.

    If it is not named it doesn't exist.

    We do practise ostrich tendencies.

    New words are coming into the language all the time  language  is an ongoing  process of understanding and misunderstanding. The word is never the thing and so we strive though poetry and song lyrics to describe the thing but the word always falls short and often has to be renamed.
