i think I'm 5feet tall and 6 inches. almost 14. is it true that exercise makes you taller? cause i seen a lot of people who exercise grow really tall

  2. No, exercise does not make you taller.  Look at your relatives and you will have a good idea about how tall you will be.  Your genetics determine your height, with a little influence from good nutrition early in life.

    Plenty of protein (meat), calcium (milk) and zinc (red meat, oysters, mussels and nuts) will help your destined normal growth and a deficiency can stunt it.

  5. exercise may increase the speed at which you grow depending on how rigorous it is, it can get you to your optimal height faster but it wont actually make you taller, if it does, it's by a very small unnoticeable margin. typically, people who are really tall have genes that make them more athletic, they go together like bread and butter. but don't worry to much about it. I'm  very VERY athletic and im only 5'5''.
