Question:

Does experience really matter for president ?

Considering each candidate is really just a popular frontman for an administration which already has experienced people with defined agendas for the future isn't the president just a person to convey that agenda?

Shouldn't we look harder at the people behind the president?

  1. Apparently it only maters when we're talking about VP's

  2. I agree that looking at the advisors is important.  But that is the same as looking at the candidate's experience and viewpoint.

People's views change over time which affect decisions.

Bush has had 8 yrs of experience.  Does that make him qualified to be president?

  3. It matters.
