  1. Assuming this is a professional production, you want to walk in looking identical to your headshot, so if there's facial hair in that it should be on your face as well. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry too much about it. You may want to let them know that you're willing to shave for the role if they want you to, though, because in some cases that might make a difference in casting decisions.

  2. I would clean it up.

Number one, you don't want to go in there looking like you have bad hygiene, because they'll think if you aren't responsible enough to clean up then you aren't responsible to have a role.

Number two, casting directors would want to see what your face looks like. They need to know what the person they're casting really looks like.

  3. it's all up to you. if you think that the facial hair will affect your chances then that's up to you. also consider if you had facial hair on the headshot that you gave.

  4. It doesn't matter from my opinion.  If that it the way you want to appear in your headshot or if you need it for the role, keep it.  Do what seems right and what you normally look like.  Don't show up looking like something your not.  Good luck!

  5. It shouldn't matter to much if you really like it keep it. There are always lots of roles with facial hair.
