Does fair n lovely makes you break out?

Question

I have sensitive skin and I get little bumps on my face. My skin sometimes get dry and I see my sister is always putting fair n lovely as a mosturizer. Can anyone tell me it will make me break out?

fair and lovely didnt make me break out, but it's a lame cream anyhow. use nutraderm lotion. thats what my dermatologist recommended to me.
